      We read with interest the recent nested case-control study on the incidence of cancer in people with people with cystic fibrosis (CF) using United Kingdom (UK) CF registry data [

      ]. In addition to an expected higher-than-population-average incidence of lower GI cancers, the authors report an increased incidence of breast cancer amongst people with CF.
